pono 118 is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes by car, pono 02 is approximately 2 hours (via Okinawa Expressway). We recommend renting a car.

Approximately 25 minutes by car from pono 118, and 10 minutes from pono 02. Also convenient for popular spots like Kouri Island (approx. 20 min) and Bise Fukugi Tree Road (approx. 15 min).

Yes, we strongly recommend renting a car. Public transport in the Yanbaru area is very limited. Free parking is available at each property (up to 4 cars each).

Pets are welcome at pono 118 in outdoor areas such as the garden. However, please keep pets out of indoor spaces. Pets are not permitted at pono 02.

All indoor areas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Loud parties and large-scale events are not permitted. As our properties are in quiet villages, please be considerate of neighbors. Gentle family or group dinners and BBQs are very welcome.
