3. Reservations and Payment

A reservation is confirmed upon successful completion of payment via credit card through Stripe. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and check-in instructions.

All prices displayed on the Website are inclusive of tax. Cleaning fees are displayed separately during the booking process and are charged in addition to the accommodation rate.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by accommodation plan and are clearly displayed during the booking process. Please review the applicable cancellation policy before completing your reservation.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds after check-out are not available.

5. Guest Responsibilities

During your stay, we ask that you respect the property and the surrounding community. The following activities are prohibited:

• Causing damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment
• Creating disturbances that affect neighbors or the local community
• Exceeding the maximum number of guests specified in your reservation
• Bringing pets without prior approval
• Smoking inside the property (designated outdoor areas may be available)
• Any illegal activity on the premises

Guests may be held liable for damages caused during their stay.

6. Check-in and Check-out

Standard check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00, unless otherwise specified in your reservation details. The exact property address and access instructions will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.

7. Liability

We strive to provide accurate information on our Website, but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or up to date at all times. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

All content on the Website, including text, photographs, design, and code, is the intellectual property of pono LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
